Welcoming Jeanne Detallante!
It’s 2021… A new year and we’re already excited to see what it brings, especially when we have some wonderful new artists joining the Pocko family! First up we want to give a warm welcome to the incredible Jeanne Detallante to our talented roster of Illustrators.
Jeanne Detallante is a Parisian illustrator and visual artist living in Brussels after living in both New York and Philadelphia. Her work plays on all things bohemian, through unsettling and fascinating dream worlds.
Taking visual cues form the 60’s, her subjects are often drawn from myths, fairy-tales and high-end fashion magazines. These are then usually placed against boldly colourful, abstract or surreal backgrounds to create unique illustrations that are hard to forget.
Jeanne’s eye catching yet surreal style has been commissioned by clients far and wide, with her work being seen on anything from runways to clothing and accessories, to packaging, books, magazines and advertisements. Her client list is impressive with being commissioned by the likes of – American Express, Diptyque, Miu Miu, The New York Times, Prada, Vogue, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair – to name a few.
