Nature is our home. Nature is our source of inspiration. Nature is our future and we want to nurture and protect it. We despair that it is being destroyed.

On October 17th, Pocko attended the 2019 Touch Wood exhibition opening to proudly view some of our own artists contributions. Touch Wood is a charity exhibition featuring original art by more than 50 internationally celebrated artists, including 3 of our own! The aim was to raise money to protect threatened habitats, restore tropical forests and reduce our carbon footprint.
Each artwork was set at a fixed price of £333 and all proceeds will be donated to the World Land Trust, patroned by Sir David Attenborough.
The 50 artists participating were given a 30 x 30 x 4cm FSC certified MDF board to work from. Each artist was invited to contemplate and reflect on nature, with some taking a more personal approach than others. A collection of submissions was collected and published as a short book, available to purchase at the exhibition.
Vincent Mahé, Emiliano Ponzi and Bijou Karman all chose to approach the brief by painting directly onto the board.
