Sugar Blood’s Noir Illustrations
Pedro from Sugar Blood has given himself quite a challenge this past month by posting daily 30 minute warm ups on his Instagram. Pedro restricted this brief to only drawing in a noir style aesthetic – the result is a visually cohesive Instagram feed that shows just how talented Pedro is.
Pedro let us know “It’s been great. It all started with me trying to practice illustration with hard shadows and since I’m very much into noir photography, it was only natural to go through that path.
It was also inspired by my band, called Scapegoat, and for some reason I believe the detectives and scapegoats are very related.”
We think they’re devious, delightful and dazzling and we can’t wait to see what else Pedro might have coming up on the horizon…
