Valero Doval was commissioned by Airbnb Magazine for their latest issue dedicated to how the chile pepper took over the world. Matt Gross investigated how the capsicum has spread from its origins in Central and South America to diverse countries from Jamaica to Hungary and Thailand, with Valero’s beautiful collage illustrations depicting each of the destinations.
