Michela Picchi – Cleveland Foundation
Michela Picchi has recently been invited by the Cleveland Foundation to do a 3 months residency, hosted by SPACES Gallery. The project involves painting a huge mural in Hingetown, Ohio City.
Her gorgeous mural artwork is called “We are all made of Stars”. It is over 47 meters long and 5 meters high and shows a majestic, flying tiger and a beautiful, flying bird.
It’s a collaborative project that brings together 6 international artists and 6 local artists, all painting a wall mural in the area.
The next Picchi project we are looking forward to is her big series of paint on canvas for her solo exhibition in Milan in January 2017.
