Fjällräven Kånken
Honouring World Oceans Day, Linn Fritz collaborated with popular Swedish hipster backpack brand – Fjällräven Kånken!
Being a Swedish artist herself, Linn grew up with nature all around and her parents teaching her the importance of protecting the environment.
On this project, she focused on one of the biggest eco-crises we are facing as a human race – the irreversible damage to our delicate ocean ecosystems by excess plastic.
Linn Fritz created an abstract pattern based on pieces of plastic in the ocean, which then features as an all over print on the backpacks. She created two differing designs ‘Ocean Surface’ & ‘Ocean Deep’.
These bags feature part of Fjällräven’s Arctic Fox initiative, where part of sales go to environment and climate projects.
