Brian Finke – National Geographic
National Geographic commissioned Brian Finke with the creation of a series of photographs for an article dedicated to alcohol.
Brian Finke has been travelling for four months to various birth places of booze around the world such as Peru, the south of France, Republic of Georgia, Germany, China and the US.
Chinese newlyweds enjoying rice wine, Peruvian men drinking strawberry flavoured corn beer as they play cards, French men dressed up as Roman soldiers eating grapes and Chinese workers steaming and fermenting freshly harvested rice in the winter are just a few of the moments captured by Brian’s lenses.
